Avedo, one of the leading German dialogue marketing specialists, appears at the Call Center World (CCW) 2016. On stand D16 in Hall 3 prospective clients can find out not only everything about the high quality solutions and consulting services provided by the company but can also hear of exciting corporate news. There is also the opportunity of informal networking in a relaxed atmosphere at a get together on the second day of the trade fair.


The Call Center World in Berlin will be held for the 18th time from 23 to 25 February. Avedo will of course be in attendance when the doors open in the Estrel Congress & Messe Center and Europe’s biggest Congress Trade Fair for Customer Service, Customer Communication and Contact Center welcomes all experts who have close working relationships with customers. On stand D16 in Hall 3 the entire management board of the Avedo Group will present its “Care2Sale” solutions which transforms inbound customer service centres into profit-making centres by means of intelligent cross and upselling. The team will also provide information on the latest corporate news such as a planned reorganisation which will enable Avedo to strengthen its influence throughout Germany as a highly qualified dialogue marketing specialist for partners and customers in 2016.

Get together and stand party
On Tuesday, 23 February Avedo will hold a stand party. From 5.00 pm until the fair closes, customers, partners and prospective customers will have the opportunity of networking in a relaxed atmosphere, of talking to the Avedo team and winding up the day at the trade fair in a cosy and informal get-together.
