Your tasks

  • acquiring customers and generating leads for key accounts and field sales
  • identifying customer demands and introducing the product range
  • providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
  • providing further information on the key features and following up on customer requests
  • working closely together with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction 

Your profile

  • native in one of the following languages: Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
  • good knowledge of English in spoken and written language
  • Sales or Telemarketing experience preferable, entry level welcome
  • target driven personality
  • friendly and communicative
  • confident and professional on the phone
  • good working knowledge of MS Office
