Your Tasks

provide support through phone for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting
complete service requests
reporting on incidents and service requests
ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Profile

very good knowledge of Swedish and English
good working knowledge of MS Office
strong communication skills and service mentality
high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
