Your Tasks

customer support in the automotive sector
assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical questions via email
quick processing of service requests
forwarding complex questions to 2nd-line support
ensuring customer retention and satisfaction

Your Profile

very good knowledge of English
good knowlede of German, French or Polish
good working knowledge of MS Office
strong communication skills and service mentality
high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
