Your tasks

leading a team in terms of qualitative and quantitative project specifications
regular appraisal interviews on general, technical and disciplinary topics
organisation and implementation of regular team meetings
monitoring, screening and coaching of employees
constructive cooperation and optimisation in the project
increasing productivity and profitability

Your profile

previous management experience
very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian (optional knowledge of Spanish)
confident handling of PC applications (e.g. MS Office)
high degree of judgement and assertiveness
performance- and sales-orientated and structured way of working
high level of personal commitment and the ability to be self-motivated
