That's up to you. At Avedo, your salary is made up of a fixed monthly base salary and an additional bonus. It is paid out when you reach 70 % of your target and there is no cap.
With us you can arrange your working hours flexibly and have a say in deciding your weekly work. This way, we support you in reconciling your work life with family and leisure activities. Working hours can vary depending on projects and sites, which we will be happy to discuss with you in a personal conversation.
A healthy balance between work and private life is important. If you want to reduce your working hours or if you now have more time to work, you can still adjust your working hours at a later date. We offer full- and part-time jobs (starting from 30 hours/week) – you decide.
We always try to respond to our staff's private situation on an individual basis. With some projects, it is possible to spread your working hours over 4 days. But that depends on your location. We'll find the right solution for you in a personal meeting.
We want to prepare you for carrying out the tasks assigned to you as well as possible and we want you to feel confident in your work. Career changers are also welcome to start with us. Therefore, all new employees receive training that is well paid from day one. Training can last 2 to 4 weeks depending on the project. Afterwards, you will always be surrounded by experienced colleagues who can support you with advice and assistance.
You are entitled to a 30-minute break per day and you can take it whenever you want. In addition, you can take another 9-minute short break. Projects experience so-called peak times, during which the caller volume is very high, and break times can be limited. This is something you can discuss with your team leader at any time.
At Avedo, we reward our employees by increasing their amount of annual leave according to their length of service. You start out with 20 days' annual leave. Once you've completed your probationary period, this is increased to 24 days per year. After 2 years of employment, you will have 25 days' annual leave and this will increase to 26 days after 5 years, 27 days after 7 years, and 28 days after 10 years.
It is important to us that you're able to identify not just with Avedo, but also with your project and client. To allow you to focus as well as possible on your topics, you only ever work for one client.
We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your new duties at Avedo. We will therefore find the project that best suits you in a personal meeting. If you still notice after a short time that you don't like the project, you have the option to switch to another.
