Join us as a young professional

Have you completed your apprenticeship but not gained any work experience yet? Or have you been working for years but know nothing about dialogue marketing? With Avedo, a lack of experience won't count against you! At Avedo, we welcome people with all kinds of CVs, be they long or short or with a few detours. What counts is ambition! Together, we will take a look at where your talents, abilities, and interests lie, and then decide which project is best suited to you. No need to worry – you will not be forced to jump in at the deep end. You will receive structured training and be inducted properly by our professional trainers. You will learn the basics of customer care with all its facets, the different dialogue techniques, and how to use the systems and programmes. And all this as part of your paid working hours. Once you've completed your training and start working at the center, you'll initially be supervised and later supported by specialist trainers, team leaders, and, of course, your experienced colleagues. You'll be a part of our #teamavedo from day one and able to enjoy all the benefits.

Join us as a professional

Do they call you a hard seller, a call center pro, or a veteran? Do you already have experience in the different facets of customer care and know the industry like the back of your hand? Your extensive experience will pay off at Avedo! As a professional, after a short training period (depending on your project experience), you will be able to take on work with one of our high-commission clients straight away. Depending on the project requirement, you will benefit from your high-quality consulting and/or your extraordinary talent in sales, your high level of comprehension, and your great flexibility. We will use your expertise on a demanding line, which will aid you even further in your professional development. You can assume responsibility in our mentoring programme and accompany our newcomers during their first days working live. You can, in the future, also qualify for a position as a specialist trainer or team leader, as we usually select our managers from within our own ranks. Join us part-time

Things are going quite well with your studies, but you could do with a bit more cash. Or are you still on parental leave, but fancy swapping nappy changing for a job at a desk from time to time? We have the ideal part-time job for you: become a customer consultant at Avedo! We will employ you from as little as 20 hours per week – at some locations even permanently. In addition to your fixed salary, you will be entitled to performance-based pay and will receive the same benefits as our full-time employees. You could work before or after your lectures, at the weekend or at any other time – your options at Avedo are as varied as your life itself. We will consider your preferred times and days as well as allow you time off for exams. You will also be able to work more hours, e. g. during the semester break or on certain weekdays when your child is being cared for and you can take on a late shift. It could not be easier to start: you will, of course, receive training as part of your working hours and will be considered a part of our colourful #teamavedo from the start.
