Your tasks
- written and verbal communication with customers
- handling customer enquiries
- ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high-level customer service
- providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
- identifying customer requirements and presenting the relevant product range
- working closely together with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
Your profile
- high level of Dutch (C1 written and spoken)
- high level of English (written and spoken)
- good working knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
- experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but anyone with the desire and motivation to learn is welcome
- confidence and professionalism on the phone
- target driven personality, friendly and communicative
